- Spelt Bread Recipe

750g Spelt Loaf for Breadmaker for White Spelt

Place ingredients in the bread pan in this order only.

300ml Water

1 tblspn oil (olive of course)

1 tspn salt

2 tspns sugar

3 tspns bread improver

500 gm spelt flour

1 1/2 tspns yeast

Set breadmaker to Basic Bread Cycle - 750g Loaf Size and set the crust colour of choice.

Place ingredients in the bread pan in this order only.

320ml water
2 tblspns Oil
1 1/2 tspns salt
2 1/2 tblspns sugar
3 cups of wholemeal spelt
3 tspns bread improver
2 tblspns of milk powder of choice
1 1/2 tspns of yeast

Set your breadmaker on the wholewheat setting - 750g Loaf Size and set for crust colour of choice.
