6 Month Retesting + Free Detox Foot Patch worth $12.95
Page 10 of your personalise food allergy report is now a retest voucher.
To gain the maximum from our programme you need to retest between 6 and 9 months. We have found that around 75% of items will correct in this time and there may be some new ones.
Special Instruction protocol for once retested:
- Since your last test we have upgraded some of the test vials in our system to take up any changes in the foods. This is your current status.
- As you can see some of your allergies have corrected and you have some new ones.
You should add the new allergies to your existing list for 4 weeks before re-introducing any items which have corrected.
- Any items that have not corrected should be considered permanent and never added back into the diet.
Foods do not have to be added back.
The longer you leave reintroduction the better it is. If you re-introduce the foods too fast or too many at one time, the allergies can rebound and will be much more severe than before.
If you choose to re-introduced foods, do it very slowly and one at a time. For example, when we re-introduce bread, we allow the client half a slice of bread 2 times a week for 6 weeks. Chocolate-2 squares 2 times a week for 6 weeks. Other foods should be taken in small amounts and given similar time spans.
Allergies work collectively. When we reintroduce a food we are re-educating your immune system to accept the food again. If we reintroduce to many or to large an amount at one time, the immune system will be over activated and your allergic situation will revert back to an overactive state and undo all what you have gained. Take things slowly.
The voucher has an expiry date as retesting should be done between 6 and 12 months. After that you revert back to a new test at full price.
Following this, a lot of our clients have a test done every year or two, just to keep themselves well.
We will post out a copy of the same voucher to you after 6 months from the test date.
